We love creators. Without them, none of the stories we cover would exist. That’s why Primary Ignition takes copyright seriously and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
If you believe we’ve used your work without permission, here’s how to let us know:
Send an email to dmca@primaryignition.com with the following:
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact location (URL) on our site where the material appears.
- Your name and contact info (email, address, phone).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the info in your notice is accurate, and that you’re authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Your signature (electronic is fine).
What happens next: we’ll review the claim, take down the material if it looks valid, and notify the person who posted it. If they believe the removal was a mistake, they can submit a counter-notice.
We’re not here to rip anyone off. We’re here because we love comics, shows, and stories. If something slips through, we’ll fix it fast and fairly.
